Supervision for counsellors

I am an experienced, fully qualified supervisor with many years of success in supporting people to explore and reflect on their work across the charity and voluntary sector. I have successfully supported many student and qualified counsellors to develop their practice and to work effectively and ethically. 

My approach to supervision is to offer you a responsive, supportive space where you can bring your work with clients and explore the range of aspects that this might bring up for you - whether that is working effectively, ethical practice, your own process, overcoming blocks or building your private practice. 

I am influenced by a number of theoretical models including the Integrated Developmental Model and Seven Eyed Model. 

But fundamentally, my approach is to offer a space of connection, listening and gentle constructive challenge - and to respond to your individual needs as a qualified or trainee counsellor.
