About me
Rob Rhodes-Kubiak MBACP
I offer warm, friendly, safe and highly effective counselling and therapy for whatever is going on for you right now. I can offer sessions in Sompting, Worthing or online - whichever works best for you.
As a qualified, experienced and well-regarded counsellor and CBT therapist, I can offer you a space to explore your difficulties and issues and find lasting solutions. I am a gentle, patient counsellor, committed to offering you the very best therapeutic service.
I'm also a fully qualified, experienced counselling supervisor and trainer.
I have many years' track record of working successfully with a range of life issues and mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, panic attacks, bereavement, estrangement, relationships, OCD, anger, sex and sexuality - and more.

I offer a range of counselling and therapy services including person-centred counselling, integrative work, CBT and supervision services for counsellors.
